History
The Stamford Eye Clinic was established in June 2014 by Malvinder Singh Hanspal, a qualified dispensing optician with over 20 years experience, and Kirpal Singh, a consultant optometrist with over 15 years experience. Their vision was to provide the local community with an opticians able to offer excellent clinical services and a vast choice of visual correcting aids within an establishment and environment that upholds these standards.
As you enter the practice, you are immediately taken in by the warm, friendly environment, designed to be modern but traditional enough to blend with the local architecture and history of the town. The space is light and airy with natural light flooding in from the big windows and plenty of other lighting and mirrors.
The unique stylist layout of the practice encompasses the show area with its self-designed display units, allowing you to view spectacle frames as if they are floating in air without any hindrance; all hugely important when you are choosing spectacle frames and making a decision. The clinical area is equipped with the latest cutting-edge equipment to check your eyes equal to hospital standards.

Malvinder is the Director and Dispensing Optician.
Qualified in 1994, Malvinder has over 25 years of professional optical and dispensing experience.
Having worked within the high street multiple chains and Independent Optician practices he has acquired a vast knowledge of all frame fits, styles, materials and Optical lenses.
Specialising in ZEISS and ESSILOR, these lenses are dispensed precisely accurate to 0.1mm using computer aided digital measuring devices. Enabling to give you the best vision possible !
He has a keen eye for style and can direct customers to the frames that fit and suit them best, from luxury eyewear to the very competitively priced ranges available.
